1. Who we are
VOID Promotions is operated by Byte Tech Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy covers voidpromotions.com, the VOID waitlist, our account and integration services, and the VOID Promotions desktop application.
Our business website is bytetech.cc. For privacy questions, withdrawal of consent, or deletion requests, contact support@voidpromotions.com.
2. Information we handle

The waitlist form does not request a password, TikTok login, payment information, or video files. It validates email syntax; signup does not verify ownership of the email address. The subscriber table does not store an IP address, although infrastructure and rate limiting may process IP addresses.
3. Your clips and local processing
Imported media, projects, and retained exports are stored in the desktop workspace on your computer. Editing and English caption transcription run locally. The first caption run downloads a model from its hosting service, which may receive normal download metadata such as your IP address; your speech audio is processed on your device.
When you authorize a TikTok upload, the desktop sends the selected rendered clip to TikTok’s supplied upload destination. The current workflow does not stage your videos on our VPS. TikTok handles that uploaded content under its own policies. Keep backups of footage and projects you need.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the functionality you request, maintain service security, support users, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, waitlist emails are based on your consent; account and integration processing supports the service you request; proportionate security and diagnostics support our legitimate interests.
For now, waitlist submissions are stored for future access and launch communications; the current signup endpoint does not send marketing email. We do not sell the waitlist, publish subscriber lists, or use this website’s code to run advertising trackers.
5. Providers and disclosure
We use Gravel Host for the public website and a private VPS for account, integration, and waitlist data. TikTok receives the account authorization and content you choose to share. Resend may deliver password reset messages when configured. Any provider used for future waitlist email delivery will process addresses to send the updates you requested.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or service security, or to a successor operator in a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live.
6. Retention and security
We retain waitlist entries while preparing and communicating about access and launch, or until you withdraw or request deletion. We retain account and integration data while needed to operate the account, until disconnected or deleted, or as required for legitimate security or legal needs. Submission history and support correspondence may remain until removed by an administrator. Retention is managed by the operator; no automatic waitlist expiry is promised.
Local media remains on your device until you remove the workspace data. Hosting logs and backups follow the provider and operator configuration. Backup copies may remain until rotated and are not used as an active mailing list after a deletion request.
Controls include HTTPS when deployed, salted password hashing, encrypted TikTok tokens, access restrictions, parameterized database queries, input validation, and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Choices and requests
You can withdraw waitlist consent or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@voidpromotions.com. Include the address you used to sign up. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the address owner. We will handle requests in line with applicable law and explain any information we must retain.
Authorized app users can disconnect TikTok through the application, and can also revoke access in TikTok’s settings. You may have additional privacy rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or a right to complain to a regulator, depending on your jurisdiction.
